"Very clean and fresh considering it's an older motel. Looks a lot better than the other motels in Burney. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again."

Only slept there. Bed was comfortable
"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"

"Great house! Fully equipped, CLEAN, comfortable, great location for a couple of hiking, fly fishing friends! Close to Hat Creek, Burney Falls, Lassen NP. Host was very friendly, great communication. Just perfect, will rent again- thank you Ron!"
