「Had An amazing time look forward to doing it again」

「Breakfast was good, but breakfast room is too small and outdated to the point of shabbiness. No trays or paper napkins available, much too crowded. The guest room was clean, but again, quite outdated. Poor lighting, very dim, nowhere with enough light for putting on contact lenses or makeup. The remote didn’t work most of the time, needed batteries. The tv required my amazon or Netflix ID to work unless I wanted to watch what seemed to be a Christian news channel. The Staff was nice. 「Staff was not pleasant. On the way to our room was a trail of blood that lead from the ground floor up to our room on the 2nd floor. Cleaning crew passed over multiple times and never cleaned it up. Our door was unlocked when we entered and the safe was broken. Very disappointed 」

「Hotel staff was extremely nice. The hot breaksfast was very good and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place. If i ever need to come back to Oroville, I'd stay here again.」

「Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was)....
