"Check in was easy. Room was nice"

"The staff was friendly and tried to help. The room had no extra blankets and it was chilly. The bathroom was not clean. The towels were paper thin - no showering for me, spent $30 for gym day pass to shower. There was a loud disturbance n the parking lot for most of the night. Staff claimed they couldn’t call police before ten. I called police who arrived around midnight. The guy stayed in his car playing softer music but was just there in. The parking lot being creepy. The “breakfast” room was cluttered with boxes and had nothing aside from a packaged pastry. Did not feel safe here at all."

"Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!"
