「Good: clean room & good air conditioning.
Bad: As we were walking to our room one of the cleaning staff was coming out of the room they had just finished saying EXTREMELY inappropriate language. The gym was never cleaned while I was there. The workout towel was in the same basket I had left it in the day before. 2 of the 7 cardio machines were working. There was no water. When I told the front desk the lady said “Oh that’s the maintenance guy’s job.”」

「高速道路の出入り口に近く、周りにショッピングセンターやファストフードなどがあり、買い出しにはとても便利な場所です。
また、チェックインの際の女性スタッフの笑顔での対応や急な延泊の際も男性スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。ありがとうございました。
部屋はとても広いです。ベットも思った以上大きかったです。シャワーの水量は多いほうだと感じました。また、行くことがあったら是非利用したいと思いました。」
