"Very clean and very comfortable hotel. We stayed in Room 1, which was extremely spacious and is actually a suite of rooms. Loved that the small kitchen area had everything we needed, including all of the amenities for pour-over or French press coffee. The bathroom and shower facilities were lovely and in keeping with a luxury boutique. This is a wonderful location for exploring Mt. Shasta and Lake Siskiyou. "

"Not for those seeking a particularly maintained or modern lodging, but my room was clean, the staff was kind, and it was a perfectly acceptable roadside stop. Mostly went for price as I was traveling solo in a moving truck. Alright 24/7 diner in walking distance. Could have been a lot worse for a budget stay."

"This is always our "go to" place when we stay in Mt Shasta! Lovely, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and fresh breakfast made for the guests. The staff is always kind and welcoming as well."

"I reserved at this hotel because of the large swimming pool and hot tub shown on hotels dot com. Upon arrival, on a sunny day in mid-May, we were informed that neither the pool nor the hot tub were functional. Hotels dot com falsely advertised the nature of the hotel. I will be sure never to use this deceptive web site again."

"Easy checking in and out via the text communication. The water temperature was a bit hit and miss. It would be only hot in the sink for a while. The knob on the shower was a bit difficult to turn on, someone with arthritis might have trouble. A couple times the neighbors across the street were loud, but nothing the air conditioning wouldn't cover. Overall a nice , clean convenient stay."
