"The room was clean but it was old and in need of a refresh. The plastic toilet seat was scratched and peeling, the bathtub was in need of replacing or resurfacing. Our room was very noisy late at night as the back window near our bed was 10 feet from a restaurant back door and at closing time there was a lot of banging on the trash bin as part of their clean-up process."

"Room was quiet, good size and quick drive to downtown Ashland. Staff was nice. We did not have breakfast so can’t answer that question. Air conditioner was great, stayed on all night so no off and on to wake me up. Nice dimmers on lights next to the bed. All in all it was a good stay and would stay again."

"The property is well-located for those attending OSF plays and wanting a variety of nearby dining options. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom, however, “showed its age” a bit, with lack of a little more counter space being a problem for 2 female guests with makeup bags and hair needs, and a rather unsightly crack in the sink. The pool and hot tub were great! All staff we interacted with, from front office each day to cleaners, were pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again, but probably book one of the more expensive rooms in the Bard’s Inn “Sonnet” property across the street."

"The property around was clean and did not notice any homeless hanging about. The room was clean. The indoor Jacuza and pool were nice. Cost was very affordable. And staff was great and aways available. I would book there again"

"The best pet friendly hotel stay we've ever had. A nice, enclosed grassy area all along the pet friendly rooms! A nice breakfast, but overcrowded. They need some more tables!"
