Sitting out on the deck over looking the seasonal lake, while listening to the songs of the waterfowl & Steelers Jays… And watching the ducks and geese with those little fluff ball babies waddle up to the grass area of the yard was a real treat.. We never once clicked on the TV as the view has everything we needed. Very comfortable & peaceful indeed."

"The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for...

"Everything and everyone was great except that it was noisier than I expected. The carbon monoxide alarm went off after 9pm when the office staff was already gone for the day. I could hear one of the people in the neighboring room speaking. And, the train whistle blew loudly at 4 am; I had the windows open so the carbon monoxide alarm would not sound again. "
