「Perfect size for two people. Very clean and quiet. Parking is right outside the unit and guest parking is not that far away. We would stay there again.」

「I woke up at 2:30 am to catch Amtrak. I had challenges with Lyft the driver wouldn't load my baggage so the desk clerk loaded it for me as I could not because of my disability. He went above and beyond. I couldn't be more thankful. He also aided me with hot coffee and a warm lobby to sit in as it was very windy and cold. In one word...Kudos to you all」

「The A/C and the refrigerator were extremely noisy. We had to turn them off entirely to reconcile our sleep and opened the windows for ventilation but we could still hear the neighbors A/C’s. The carpet is smelly too. The staff on the other hand are very friendly and helpful.」

「air conditioner didn't work. We moved to a clean room where AC worked but very noisy. Also noticed a man taking a shower with a garden hose, just outside the pool area. Motel was not in newer area of chico, so had a pretty "used" atmosphere about it and not well maintained. price reflected conditiopn of unit.」

「The cottage was absolutely charming! It was tastefully decorated with ample space to spread out. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly when I had a question, and were very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and there are clear instructions provided for appliances, locks, checkout, etc. If you want to be walking distance from downtown Chico, this is not the place for you but it’s an excellent option if you want a quiet, relaxing space a short drive from downtown Chico. 」
