"Location is great , a beautiful surroundings but Property condition is deteriorating, road are in poor condition rooms are average property offers breakfast but it’s just coffee yogurt and muffins etc "

"Charming and well loved warm and detailed and comfortable. Because I booked 3rd party I didn’t receive vital info that was necessary for positive host/guest relations. Had info been received in timely manner and understood much confusion and frustration no doubt avoided (no fault of host btw, host was a victim of this disadvantage as well) Positive area, cozy and had above basic amenities. Elevated establishment with personal touch and considerable care. Perfect for a couple getaway. Beautiful clean comfortable bed, phenomenal shower&robes, our favorite part! Lots of natural sunlight and plenty of room to cook (full kitchen with what need to cook/clean pot,pan utensils,dishes,soap,napkins,ice trays Keurig etc. table for eating. Tv fast internet. Parking is tight and our room a bit of condensation (time of yr) no pool however not necessary as the river could be an option. If looking for an elevated experience that has lots of cozy charm and natural beauty and unique experience getaway then the Pines is perfect Thank you again to the wonderful host! Appreciate your hospitality and hard work"

"The room we got when we checked in was smaller than expected based on the on-line pics. When a large room became available due to a cancellation the staff contacted us by phone to let us know we could change rooms. I appreciate their follow up. They were also very helpful with restaurant suggestions and their suggestions were very good."
