The woman Laticia, a check in was as friendly as could be. The morning woman behind the lobby desk never bothered to lift her head to make eye contact or offer a greeting. One of our shower doors practically fell.

Overall the property was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The room we reserved on Expedia was not available when we got there, so that was the only problem we had.

Excellent stay, comfortable, clean, modern

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable and modern. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

My stay was brief but very comfortable. All amenities worked well and the front desk employee was very thorough and helpful. The breakfast area was also very nice and clean with many food options as well as large group seating and more private booths.

The overall property was Awesome!! Greetings were Awesome Staff was very nice and helpful. When we come back to Hunt up there this is where my Family is going to stay. Breakfast in the morning great hot coffee ready before 5:00am. Many places to choose from within walking distance for dinner.

Staff was so nice and very compassionate as our stay was due to the death of our father and our mother in the hospital. Late nights returning to hotel from hospital and felt very safe.

I really likes this new hotel. Very, very clean and nice staff. Nice spacious rooms. Stayed here while visting Lake Oroville and would def stay again. They have breakfast and located right off the freeway. Can't go wrong.

I was there for two nights, no one clean my room and I have to asked for clean towels the second night. And when they brought the towels to my room I was asked in a mean way “you don’t have clean towels?”

Hotel was spotless! Standard room was very nice. I gave 4 stars because the water pressure was horrible! If it's because they want to conserve water, that didn't happen with me because my shower took me 3 times longer to get the shampoo and conditioner out. So frustrating! Also, the bathroom has a barndoor that has an inch opening all the way around it. Don't expect ANY privacy.
