「Most hotels on the beach are the same. But this one I saw no bugs which was a plus. The only thing I was not too happy about was the customer service. They need to acknowledge customers more when at the desk waiting. I asked for 10 clean towels and it was surprising to them of my request, with their eyes opening bigger, and I had about 7 guests total so yes more towels are needed. The customer service can be more better honestly.」
