「The restaurant food and system was horrible. Everything in the buffet was poorly refilled and it was for the most part cold. There is no towels, and you are granted a key card for 1 pool towel to which there are only 2 swap out stations that close early therefore you carry a dirty towel until you are able to exchange it. 「This hotel and property were fabulous! The grounds were absolutely stunning and the staff were fantastic! When we first checked in Esteban showed us around and explained everything about the property. We are a family of 4 with kids ages 11 and 5. We told Esteban we were hoping to see animals and he offered to take us around and look for animals the next morning.
