"Very a accessible and walking distance to victoria harbour abmnd ferry. Close to subway station to go to disneyland. Clean room and have a slef-laundry service. "

"Room is clean and bed comfortable. The Reception staff, all of them, were not very friendly. They were efficient but didn’t greet or smile when guests arrived or even greet them. There were no ‘smiles in their voices’ as a standard customer service. Overall a good stay, location was good too. "

"For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too"

"Love the hotel, I love how it literally connects to a shopping mall! Everything basically connects to each other around there. There's a mall across the street and you just have to walk in the mall that is attached to the hotel and walk outside and then you'll get to the other mall. Loved staying here and will stay here again when I visit! "
