"Bit out of the wa but great staff and food "

"We had a lovely stay at Horsley Lodge! The food was absolutely excellent, beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The views from the property were truly stunning and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the bedding and air in the room had a slightly closed-up scent, as if they hadn’t been aired for a while. "Close to the M1 and as we were visiting family it was in the right place and there was shopping nearby which was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and everything was excellent especially the staff who were very polite and helpful. When we visit again in the new year we will be staying here again."

"We used The Family Tree hotel/b&b as a stop over on the way to Bath. The place was superb… very clean, good facilities in the room, with a hearty and delicious breakfast. "Lovely hotel, we were at a family party nearby. The hotel bar area is excellent and well priced. All of the staff from check in to bar and breakfast servers were excellent. The continental breakfast is a great start to the day, the full English breakfast also looked great. This was our second stay and we will be back."
