「If you were looking for a family, friendly beachfront accommodation, The Island is a great choice. Amenities were great and the beachfront is beautiful. There was live music at a beachfront bar every night. Only note is that the two double bed room was pretty snug so if you’re traveling with more than three people, you might consider an upgrade from that.」

「Was promised an every other day cleaning for our room, and all we asked for was our trash out and a few fresh towels. We got two fresh towels our whole trip and we had to take our own trash out to the trash can in the front lobby. I’m terribly disappointed in the service we received for paying $1800 for 1 week.」

「複数のホテルと居住型の混在施設。施設の敷地がとても広く、98号を隔ててゴルフ施設側(Bay側)と海(ビーチ側)に別れている。 今回は、Bay側に宿泊したので海に行くには車に乗って移動。 ビーチにstayするには、日差しが強いのでパラソルをレンタルするか持参が必須。 白い砂浜のビーチはすんでいて、本当に美しく遠浅なので子供ずれも多かった。 次回は、海側のホテルにstayしたいです。」

「We recently completed our third stay at Henderson Beach Resort and was disappointed to see a noticeable decline in overall quality and service compared to previous visits. While the resort was generally clean, the main pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. In contrast, the newer pool was very clean and well presented. The valet staff were consistently friendly and helpful; however, the front desk team, particularly an associate named Sarbeth, was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Interactions...
