「The property is very cozy and well maintained. It’s close to any dining, transportation, entertainment experience you’ll want to discover. It is well stocked with kitchen/linen amenities. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very quick to respond to questions about the property as well as forthcoming with info regarding local activities. Although it’s the basement apartment of the main house, upstairs noise was not an issue… very quiet! Colorful host artwork throughout…cheery. Greeter...

「Overall, this was a very good experience. The only thing that would have been better with the VRBO is if there were a bathroom (even a 1/2 bath) on the first floor. My wife does not like stairs but needed to go up and down more time than she would have if there were a lower-level bathroom. This is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is centrally located to the events we were going to. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Enough kitchen supplies. The bath towels were bigger than many...

「Thermostat requires a passcode not supplied to us, and it was very cold. Oven was not working, and the management company would not send someone to fix it. This was considered a health hazard by Vrbo. They told us to switch to a different property after 5 days of correspondence to the management company with no resolution. The kitchen is poorly equipped. The condo is beautiful, so it’s too bad there were these issues that required us to leave to a more suitable house in a more suitable area. I...

「Property was very clean. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and visit. Some of the lights had no light bulbs in them. The bedroom upstairs only had nightstand lamps, no overhead light, just a ceiling fan. When we arrived, the door to the downstairs rooms that has a lock box to enter but it was slightly opened and damaged. We tried to send pics of damage, but was unsuccessful. Overall review, 9 out of 10........」

「The place was great. My only issues were that it was extremely warm and they would not give the code for the AC to turn it down. Now I realize this isn’t an issue for most people and I run hot because of medical issues BUT I think it’s something people should know. The other issue is that the neighbor’s outside flood light flashed the entire time day and night so I kept the master bedrooms blinds closed the whole time. Otherwise the place was GREAT! Great location central to everything in Denver...
