The place was quiet and well stocked. We appreciated the water bottles as it was in the high 90s that day.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless when we arrived and had every amenity we could think of, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being quiet and relaxing. The bed was especially comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay!

This is the CUTEST place! Awesome layout, lots of space, and in a terrific location. The hosts were super accommodating with how they stocked the space: from the assortment of Keurig pods and water, to the multiple varieties of shower products. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell they put a lot of thought into each space and how guests might want to use it. It has literally everything you need - super inviting and so comfortable.

This was a lovely place to stay! It’s in a nice neighborhood. The place is cute with a great bathroom. The yard was perfect for the dogs! There is a gap under the gate that smaller dogs could shimmy out, but there were rocks off to the side that were perfect for blocking the gap. So no problems there!I would definitely stay here again!

Zoomies in Denver! Us and our dog loved the fenced in back yard, the fun basketball hoop, and the location is convenient to the major traffic arteries but in a quiet, very walkable neighborhood. It is a basement apartment that was spotless, and had everything you may need. Host was very responsive and helpful and gave us total privacy during our visit as well.

This space worked for us as we had one night in the area before flying out. The kitchen was not as well equipped as I had hoped. The patio and yard were not ready for use other than one small space. The location was good and Jacob was responsive with questions.

Jacob is a very gracious host. He even brought me a hair dryer when I couldn’t find one in the apartment. The fenced back yard was a great place to unwind and relax with our dogs after a long day of pre-op tests at UC Health.
