This stay was such a memorable one for us. The property is amazing. Cleaniness was top tier. Our pets had a space to run and get some fresh air. The room looked exactly like the pics if not better in person. The neighborhood is beautiful. We would recommend this to anybody for a comfortable stay for you and your furry companions.

This listing is a bit misleading but that isn't where I found the most challenges. Misleading: The listing shows as "spacious walkout basement with private bedroom and living room" but it is also still listed under "Entire Place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with guests in your party". My issue is that while the listing is technically being upfront about not being an entire home, it does show up when searching for an entire home so it feels like being misled. The Good: -Very quick and easy with communication. -Easy to find place and easy access with a private entrance. -Simple and free parking. -Does allow pets. The Not Good: -The place was not clean. -Dirty towel (I imagine from a previous staybut I did not ask) -The bathroom sink had hair in it and toothpaste (either that or soap) on the handle. -The floor was dirty (had hair, dirt, and dust all over that my wife vacuumed up) and did not appear cleaned. -Dust was evident around toilet area and around windows. -There were paperclips, a tube of ointment, and an uno card lying under a couple pieces of furniture. -Also some dead bugs hanging out. -The temperature is controlled upstairs by contact with not ability to adjust on our own. We arrived very late for a one night stay, we did not ask for anything from the contact because of this (except to adjust the temperature). I sent this info to the contact for transparency and so far I have not heard back, which is disappointing.

We stayed at three different locations during our trip from WA - CO, and this was BY FAR, hands down, our favorite stay! It was private, it was quiet, and we were so comfortable the entire time. It’s in a wonderful location, is near lots of awesome food spots, and offered a safe, private backyard for our doggo. As we drove away, my husband just kept repeating how we’d be back to visit again in the future and we truly plan on it! Awesome property, awesome price, and thank you for the free coffee/water bottles/laundry supplies (and soap… and shampoo/conditioner…. I can keep going! It was THAT good!)

It was a nice little space to stay the only reason i gave a 3 for the accuracy was that on my end it looked like it was listed as the entire home not a basement in the listers home. other than that everything was wonderful! He had a lot of amenities stocked and everything was very clean!

Stayed 1 day. Place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean. Decent beds. I think one has memeory foam mattress and i am not a fan but that is just me. Neighborhood seemed nice close to major highways and a decent size park. Lots of people doing outdoor things. All in all a pleasant place.

Highly recommend this rental! Easy, smooth check in, great communication, amazing price for what you get! The place was so cozy and had anything we could need. Home is located in a safe and practical part of town. The yard was perfect for our dog and our toddler. Our favorite part was walking the trails in the state park, basically in the back yard. Every detail was thought of, Host even paved our entry way after it snowed. Such a great gesture. We would definitely stay here again.
Our dog loved the yard and we felt confident and comfortable keeping her there while we enjoyed the town.
Enjoying the state park. There’s an off leash dog area just minutes away.
The paved walk way was so thoughtful.

The accomodations were perfect for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was warm and comfy. There were plenty of towels for the kitchen and bath. Overall a great trip.

Our biggest issue with the property is that it’s listed as “private” but it isn’t private at all. So I’m not sure if that’s on VRBO or the owner. The rental is a basement that has been turned into a small apartment. The only thing separating the stairwell to the main floor are small garbage cans set in front of the stairs. During the course of our entire stay we could hear creaking floors, footsteps, flushing toilets, muffed voices, so well I could tell someone was doing the dishes. We found a few areas of the space that hadn’t been cleaned; a few dishes, the bathroom sink, and the rugs. The space was okay on the “pet-friendly” scale. If our dog wanted to he could have easily moved around the garbage cans that led upstairs so we had to keep him in one specific room behind closed doors. He was also agitated by the random noises from upstairs and people he could hear. There were lots of pet cleaning products around in case of any accidents.the yard would've been nice to have him run around and play in but it felt like we could’ve been watched by the people upstairs because the windows to the upstairs had the shades open.Overall the space was cute, practical for a couple with an animal if they are okay basically staying in someone’s basement while they remain upstairs.

This space is cozy and has all needed amenities. It was too cold outside to use the yard or patio. Check-in was seamless! A very quiet well kept neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic private accommodations with a large bathroom. The location is excellent and it was nice to have the trails right across the road. It was also a great surprise to have the host stock various items like water for us!
