"This home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and was accommodating to all of our needs. We enjoyed the Clubhouse activities and taking walks in the neighborhood. It's a little off the beaten path, but that is what we wanted for this trip - other amenities like food/shopping is within a 10-20 min drive; depends on what you like. Would stay here again...."

"2nd time booking in this gated community. We love the quiet environment and the clubhouse. It really was handy to have the community pool because our pool heater broke. The management replaced the heater as quickly as possible and made things equitable in refunds. Even worked with us on getting us in a little early on arrival day. Enjoyed our visit "

"The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. The home's pool area was nice and the community pool was just a block away and heated. The only downside was a few communication issues with United Vacation Homes and the owner. "

"The pool was a feature that was used a lot. We had the option to heat the pool and did so. The week we were there was the coldest week in 50 years and my nephew spent the majority of the time in the pool. The communication with the property management was great! She answered all my questions and even some I didn’t know I had. The rooms were nice, plenty of room, and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. "

Initially, my trip was planned from January 21 to January 26; however, due to the severe weather conditions in New York, I needed to extend my stay by an additional day. I truly appreciate how quickly you reached out and offered the extra days at a great price. Your kindness in not taking advantage of my situation during the snowstorm up north is something I am forever grateful for.Throughout my stay, your responsiveness and attentiveness were outstanding. When I encountered an issue with the pool, you immediately arranged for pool service, and the problem was resolved the very same day. The pool quickly became my favorite spot during both the days and evenings.The game room was another highlight of my visit. With options like the bowling game, classic junk box, Ms. Pac-Man, and more than 20 other games, as well as the floating hockey game, my guests and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there.The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom, in particular, was impressively large and comfortable.I would also like to reiterate that the gated community is beautiful and made me feel very safe throughout my stay. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Each bedroom (4) had its own private bathroom which was very convenient. The house was very comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants, golf and shopping for groceries and necessities. The accompanying pool is spacious and the hot tub at 102 degrees was delightful. Ingrid responded to all inquiries promptly and we didn’t have any issues whatsoever. We hope to return sometime in the near future. I highly recommend this home and host!"

"Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again."
