「The receptionist are not welcoming, unfriendly and rude The rooms are not well equipped with need and cleaning is zero. The restaurant staff lack courtesy and very rude Same type of breakfast every morning.」

「I stayed for 5 days. The staff was very responsive and it was a facility that I would want to stay at again. thank you very much.」

「I thought I should have booked a taxi by Uber before leaving the ticket gate of the nearest hotel. As long as I make a reservation in advance, I think it's a recommended hotel where women can travel cheaply and safely even if they travel alone. When using hotels in London and its suburbs, I think you can enjoy a very wonderful trip if you collect information such as geography and security in advance. I'm very sorry that I can't use it because of my lack of reach. The next time I visit...

「It was clean, quiet and safe. Breakfast was delicious. The living room was very comfortable.」
