「When I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the hot water came out of the shower (upper) even though I had switched the valve to the bathtub (lower). I think the switching valve is broken. The room was clean and everything else was good.」

「On the whole, I have a fairly good experience. Given there are two hotels (with a total of three towers), it was confusing to reach the closest and most appropriate registration desk to the room I was assigned. A better communication approach will help the guest park the car and get to the most convenient registration desk.
