「This was my mom second time here at this establishment. She had a great time the first time but this time rebooking her for almost $200 room for her birthday wasn’t pleasant. 「We appreciated the welcoming staff - often similar sized hotels only have 1 person at check-in but Ayres had 2 and they were efficient. They offered cookies in the evening and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We also took advantage of the weight room and jacuzzi. Finally, despite being close to the freeway, it was very quiet.」

「When I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the hot water came out of the shower (upper) even though I had switched the valve to the bathtub (lower). I think the switching valve is broken. The room was clean and everything else was good.」
