"We stayed here one night. It’s only a ten minute walk from Shinagawa Station making it very easy for us foreigners to get there. (Especially after that 13 hour flight and 1 hour train ride.) They have a Japanese Garden and it is beautiful. Staff spoke English on a fluent level. Rooms were spacious and clean. The view of the Tokyo Tower at night was beautiful. There’s a 7-11 in the basement making it super convenient to grab a snack and drink. We didn’t eat there but there was restaurant and coffee place in the lobby area. "

"The location was absolutely perfect. The room, although small, had wonderful views. The staff were friendly. I do not speak Japanese very well and it was a solo trip, so I was very nervous that it would be difficult, but the staff were incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay again. "

"Location is in the centre of Shibuya however the surrounding area of the hotel is nice, quiet and safe. Its close to public transport, restaurants, shopping and convenient stores are on every corner. Hotel is clean, staff and service were great. Very friendly helpful english speaking staff. "
