「Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot.」

「The pool was out of service. And the people at this motel because it's not a hotel are rude because that their home. I was coming down there stairs with my luggage to leave and one woman pushed past me. I said wow thats rude she responded I live here and your blocking the walk way. I had literally just got down the stairs. There's no wifi, and you have to lift the top of the toilet tank to move the little stick so that the water can fill back in the tank. Oh And Mark the maintenance man lives...

「It's a place to crash. Nothing fancy about it. The price reflects the place. I didn't expect much but the check out time is 10 a.m. which is earlier than most. We were putting stuff in the car and had came back in the room to gather the last of our things and do a double check. Knock knock. Check out is 10 we hear. I looked at the time and it was 10:02. I've never had that happen before.」

「The property was a little sketchy but helped to hide the nieghborhood. For the price point it was ok, but the late check in left a little concerning question, but that all wound up fine.」
