「We loved it just what we needed!!」

「Extremely disappointed with the stay at this property. When we arrived we checked in and were told by the front desk agent breakfast would be 6-10:30. We walked over to breakfast at 9:30 and we were rudely told it ended at 9. Along with the we also paid for a shuttle to our cruise port and again were told it was leaving at 11:30. When we arrived to the front at 11 it almost was leaving without us. Our room door didn’t lock properly. Pool was locked without notice and we were not allowed to use...
