OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy like a hotel does. Was not aware that the guest house (?) on the other side of the pool was occupied - which makes me wonder if we truly would have had a “private pool” experience if the weather had been warmer?
