「I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.」

「It’s a nice property in a pretty good location with direct beach access. It’s a little dated and could use new carpeting in bedrooms. Suzy was very good communicating with me on check in and the area.」

「The checkin process was very smooth and the property was absolutely wonderful. Much bigger than anticipated with stunning views of the ocean. The closets are massive with extra blankets and the laundry room had detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. The kitchen had some spices and coffee filters. There was also multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and ice packs which made everything so much easier. We travelled with my husband and i, and our two daughtes...

「If I could have given 6 stars, I would have! Location was perfect, condo was clean, parking was close, pool was lovely. I enjoyed my time and was even able to watch a SpaceX launch from the beach. 」

「We LOVED the condo and its location! It was clean, the furniture was good quality. We did have a few maintenance issues. AC wasn’t working, dryer needed repair, toilet needed attention and a lightbulb went out. But they were responsive and got all things fixed when we asked. 」
