Diamond in the ruff!

This cozy condo was perfect for my husband and I. We watched sunrises in the morning, enjoyed the beach in the afternoon and plenty of places to choose for your night life, most within walking distance. We definitely will be back again next year!

Good spot at the right price

Very reasonably priced beachfront property, tucked away from the business. 1 bedroom, comfortable bed, small living room and reasonable kitchen. A little tight for a family of four though exactly what we were expecting.

Very nice. Great beach access. Close to many eating establishments. Night time noise from bars was a little loud. Noise did stop around midnight or just a little after. Beach had life guard on duty.

November stay

The room is first floor, directly on the beach. Very comfortable for two people. No dishwasher or grill. The patio has a picnic table and a small high top table with 3 chairs. Access to the beach was great! This property has two bar / restaurants right behind it. Perfect for grabbing dinner and a drink plus you can hear the music from your patio.

The property views were very beautiful. The sliding door was a bit banged up and there was ants in the bedroom and bathroom. Killed 2 spiders also. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Condo was quaint for 2 people. Janice with East Coast Living was quick to respond to an ac issue. Patio could use some TLC along with the path to the beach. Gnats were a problem. Overall nice little beach town!!

Enjoyable stay in the night life

Overall, we had a good stay. The place does smell of smoke. They need to get an ozone machine, not just paint over it. The exterior area was pretty dirty but it’s not a hotel. The location is perfect though. Just walk to all the great restaurants and bars. If you have a big SUV parking would be hard if everyone is there.

Beach getaway

I love that this property is beach front. Just open the door, and the beach is right there. I was warned about the smoke odor, and it only smelled when we got there. I was also warned about the bar music, but man, they rocked the walls. Unit is small. Bathroom is tiny. Not quite as newly renovated as I hoped, but it served our needs.

Honeymoon get away

Me and my wife just got married, she only wanted 1 thing and that was to walk out on to the beach whenever she wanted from the back of our stay. And this place definitely delivered. Cozy and clean condo. Loved the amenities such as WiFi, nice AC, and washer and dryer unit to use for our personal items. Location is behind a couple clubs and bars so music was a bit loud but that didn’t bother us when we were sleeping. Went to the beach several times and easy access from the back of the condo is exactly what we wanted. 2 min walk and we were right at the ocean waves. Communication was awesome. We reported blinds that were broken our first walkthrough to the back and they came the next morning to fix while we were away. Came back and everything was perfect. Bed was very comfy, and water didn’t take to long to heat up. My wife loves the location and we are planning on a new stay there in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Great to be right on the beach

The condo was very clean. It was very well decorated, so very cute! It had most everything you needed. The best part of it was that you could just walk out your back door and go right to the ocean/beach. I enjoyed most of my time there. It had a very close walk to a great restaurant. And it was very close to shops. The only downfall unfortunately, (And I know the owner of this condo can’t control) was you have no idea when someone’s going to be doing renovations around you. We heard working on the roof a couple of days and then we had someone renovating the condo right beside us. It was super noisy for a few days and the first day it woke us up early on a Sunday morning. Sawing and hammering could be felt through the walls. The only improvement I recommend is adding a couple of lounge type chairs on the patio so you can relax and read, rather than only hi top chairs. Also some soft patio lighting so at night it’s not pitch black. Overall I enjoyed staying here.

Great stay in a great neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! Great proximity to the beach (literally right out the back door) and loved that we were in the downtown area and within walking distance to so many different shopping places and places to eat. We did reach out to the property manager once while down there and she got back to us well within a timely manner which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back!

Our 44th Anniversary get away

This was the first time we ever rented. We had a great time, the condo was nice and clean right on the beach. We got to sit on the patio drink our coffee & see the sunrise. We even had a bonus and got to watch the falcon 9 heavy rocket launch.

Great location!

We were a family of 4, we did bring an air mattress to help with sleeping due to only a queen in the bedroom and sofa. We didn't want to deal with the sofa bed every morning. It was great though. The location is AMAZING and in the middle of everything. The only time we drove anywhere was to go to Kennedy Space Center which was about a 30 minute drive. The book left for information guided us towards a great breakfast place on the way out (Southern comfort cafe, I believe). I love the beach and you are right there live music every night. The owner reached out prior to our stay to let us know what was going on for the 4th of July weekend, which was great. We will be back!
