This condo has easy access since it is on the second floor. You can park near the stairs and run up a short flight of stairs and be right at your door. Or you can ride the elevator. This unit is near the pool and has a lovely pool view. You can sit on the balcony and watch the family swim. You can look out the sliding doors and enjoy the view while you recline on the sofa. The location is perfect! You can walk or drive to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the pier, or having a drink at the Tiki Hut at the end of the pier. There is a mall about 5-8 minutes drive away and some Outlet stores and Walmart and Target. Then Orlando is 45 minutes away with Florida Mall or Millennium Mall for a meal at the Cheesecake Factory. Don't leave without a visit to one of Orlando's famous Theme Park visits! The choices are endless even if you choose to just sit around all day on the beach!

Spanish Main Condominium is especially friendly to condo renters. The grounds are spacious an include a large heated pool that was recently refinished. It is absolutely beautiful and creates a most relaxing atmosphere! There is a large open space separating the complex from the road so you feel private on the grounds. Yet is close to walk to nearby hotels, restaurants and parks.

Outside near the pool is a charcoal grill that is available for your use. The beach walk-way has a shower and water hoses along with a bench to make it easy to go to the beach and come back and rinse off!
