「I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and never had an issue or complaint until this time. The hall on first floor had an odor as well as the room. The room hadn’t been vacuumed under / around pull out couch. When I unfolded it I found pieces of cigarettes. Toilets seat needed replacing on. Shower was not as clean as normal. 「The inn was quaint and quiet. It was set up beautifully for being in Bryson City. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfy feeling. The breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options to choose from that would cater to all types of dietary needs. 「Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.」

「Our room was nice, there was no Continental breakfast, outdoor pool was filled in with dirt and grass, the ice machine and pop machine were broken, the clerk/ housekeeper, was the only person we saw the week we were there. No extra towels, never offered commadation for things that were not available to us when it was advertised on the site. 「The inn was not full; however I was given a room on the 3rd floor at the very back of the inn which was not acceptable. I am a senior citizen and had to bring my suitcases up even though there was an elevator. I should have been given a room on the first or second floor and there were plenty available in the wing I was in. If I were to stay here again I would insist on a room on a lower level. I could understand this if the inn was full; however there were a number of rooms available.」
