Everything was perfect! The views from the balcony are memorizing. The breakfast and staff excellent. I would go to Gatlinberg just to stay at this hotel for a week for just rest and relaxation.

A rustic resort with a wood burning fireplace and a balcony that overlooked the stream. The room was large, with 2 queen beds. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed the stay. They also have breakfast.

Loved the back balcony overlooking the creek. The staff at checkout were very helpful and accommodating when we needed to go back into the room to get a forgotten item. Also loved Louie the parrot.

Outdated and kind of like an old motel 6. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Downtown Gatlinburg is within walking distance. Room was clean and quiet but needed updating.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was very welcoming and the property was very well kept. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. Would definitely go back!

We loved the friendly staff at Brookside Lodge. The rooms are older as it’s an older hotel. They were clean and had everything we needed. That is truly the charm of it. The property is almost 100 years old. I love the history. We were able to see a bear walk on their path by the creek. Will definitely be staying there again!
