The indoor pool and hot tub was great. So relaxing after a day of driving through the mountains. Staff was helpful but the lady pretty much made you feel like she just wanted you in and out in a hurry.

Good property but is getting a little run down. Waterfall doesn't work, kids were climbing into the adult only hot tub and the parking lot is very full. Hard to find a parking space at night. Two of the switches in bathroom 206 don't work. Otherwise, its a lovely place

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was great, especially for the price. The location is great… an easy walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg or use the on site city Trolley stop(free).
