Top Alum Cave Trail Hotel Reviews
Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg Downtown by IHG
8/10 Good
"Likes: relatively new and is up to date. No carpet in the room which is great. Also a good location to walk into downtown and close to Anakeesta park. Rooftop restaurant breakfast was good. Cons: Rooftop restaurant dinner options and food sub par. Restroom in the room had a barn door vs a solid door - little privacy. Starbucks was supposed to be op. To 3pm on Saturday and they were closed when we got back into the hotel around 2:30."
Comfort Suites Gatlinburg Downtown-Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"We were very pleased with this Comfort Suites. They were clean, quiet, the breakfast was very good, the indoor pool was clean (although we didn't have time to use it), and we just thoroughly enjoyed the large room with a view and great insulated walls. We didn't even know there were children in the room next to us until we went into the hall. Rooms were cleaned daily without being asked. A truly pleasant 3 days."
The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg
8/10 Good
"It's a super beautiful hotel just showing its age is all we had to move rooms because our balcony door wouldn't shut the water in the shower was cold alot of our stay the pool area was super cool but not if you wanna relax just alot of kids that stay there as well is all they dont have staff out there ever so they kind do whatever they want and climb on everything someone is definitely going to get hurt..... they dont really clean the pool area either like the whole 6 days we stayed there was trash like used bandages everywhere all the time (same ones same spot ) but other they are super nice and the cookies are sooooo good and warm"
Holiday Inn Express Gatlinburg Downtown by IHG
8/10 Good
"Breakfast was really good with many options. Parking was comfortable and is not charged as an extra. The rooms were impeccable. The only thing is that it took us some time to do check in because there was no one at the reception."

Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"would stay here again only draw back parking spots small if you have a large car"
Brookside Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. Outside could be updated a little bit but overall good for the money."
The Wander Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham
8/10 Good
"We had a great stay at Wander. We had trouble with our lock and getting help. When we got there, the keys they had preprogrammed didn't work. The desk staff didn't know how to program new ones and called for help 3 different times before anyone came to help. She tried to make a temporary care for us, but it wouldn't work either. We finally got that straightened out and the rest of the stay was smooth. We had a pet friendly room because we brought our dog, but the pet area was not close to our room. There may be rooms closer that are and we were just at the end of the pet friendly rooms, I'm not sure. Inside and outside pools were open, that was nice. The outside one wasn't the cleanest, but it was still ok. Breakfast was almost non-existent. There were boiled eggs, bread, bagels, and sausage patties. That's about it. We ended up having to go get breakfast. One reason we picked this one was the Continental breakfast, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a good stay though. We would stay here again with those things in mind ahead of time."
