"I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in.

"We had an English speaking correspondant who did all of our pre-arrival communication, then a lovely Italian hostess that showed us around when we arrived. Communication was excellent, co-operative and accommodating. The property clean, renovated, was well appointed and more spacious than we had anticipated. It included full cooking appointments, a fridge, internet, A/C and a fantastic small-town italian feel.

"The room was perfect, so clean and modern with a great view! It felt very safe and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very helpful when we reached out with general questions about our trip. The location is excellent, a view, the beach, lots of food and markets close by but not loud in the room.
