The staff were lovely and friendly. They were always available for a chat or help. The room and bathroom was clean and everything worked. This is a perfect hotel for a short pre cruise hotel.

We had a one night stay pre-cruise, We also used their transfer service from airport to hotel for a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included. They also have a dinner restaurant. They also have shuttle service to the cruise terminal for 5 euros per person. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Excellent choice for a pre cruise stay. Although a little out of town, the extremely helpful staff gave us great bus information and the trip both ways was easy. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and really great value. Lovely and peaceful location. Good breakfast. Altogether a great stay.

I use a wheelchair and they provided me with a room perfect for my needs… From Roland shower to lower format bed… The room was a bit small but since I don’t need a lot of turning space as I use a manual chair that was fine with it… The reception staff and hotel staff were exceptional going out of their way to help us organize transportation to and from the cruise ship and the airport upon our return… I highly recommend the hotel from a service perspective, although there are no easily walkable restaurants or bars, so it’s either the hotel restaurant or hop into a car! Great for overnight stay in preparation for a cruise however! I would stay there again and recommend it to others

Great hotel in perfect location. Super for pre-cruise, as shuttle service is provided to the Civitavecchia Cruise Terminal and transfer service is also available to the hotel from Rome airport. Both are for reasonable fees. Great food. Friendly environment.

The air conditioning was not the best. I understand turning it off during the because of electricity prices, but in a hot summer like this year, for travellers just arriving from overseas for a cruise and needing a nap, it was hard to sleep. The restaurant has a huge menu and the food and wine were good and not expensive. Allesandro was great. He is a great hotel manager. He helped us get a ride to the cruise port and to arrange a ride when we return from the cruise to go to the Rome airport.
