"The host was great, and went out of her way to make the experience there a pleasant one. The location was fantastic with many restaurants nearby. The facility is close to the pier, but you will still need to arrange for transportation (something that the property manager can help with). The only negative was that the facility did not have an elevator, and the room was up four flights of stairs. A little bit of a challenge for a guy in his 70’s with a 60 lb suitcase 🙂. But the hotel manager helped with that as well. Overall a wonderful stay…"

"Clean room. The mirror near the bed seemed a bit scratched up, but that was very minor since there was a bathroom. WiFi was also good. The service was great! The transport from the airport and to the cruise that they offered was way cheaper than any other option I found online. The breakfast didn’t seem free, but the price wasn’t bad. The food was very good! Way better than the cheap food you get at other hotels. You can tell that they care about the quality of their food. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend!"

"This hotel is perfect for any travellers leaving on a cruise from Civitavecchia. You can easily walk to the port, take a shuttle which stops close to the hotel or take a short taxi ride. The staff is very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and services around the area. Breakfast was delicious and offered many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Civitavecchia."

"The room has a serious health concern. There was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell throughout the room — so strong that even two days after checking out, my pajamas still carried the odor. The environment felt damp and unclean, to the point where we did not even want to touch many of the surfaces in the room. It honestly felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a properly maintained hotel room."
