"A hidden gem. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Only downside was being charged 50 euros for "early check-in" for a room that was available when we arrived at 11:30am but weren't able to occupy until 3pm unless we paid the fee."

"Our stay was delightful, especially after two straight days of rough travel (planes, trains, and automobiles, across three continents.) We found an amazing restaurant just around the corner in a small square for dinner, and it was so good we went back for brunch the following day (after dropping off our luggage at our cruise ship.) Francesco is a gracious host and booked a taxi for us to help bring our luggage to the ship. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here again!"

"Stefano (host) was so helpful and responsive. He helped us secure airport transfers from FCO to the door of 7 Bells Guest House, and recommended a great local restaurant for our first dinner in Civitavecchia. We had done Rome a few times in the past, so opted to stay in the coastal town for a couple of days prior to our cruise. We were happy with our decision. It’s a lovely small city with a tremendous number of restaurants and a few lovely cultural attractions in easy walking distance. Excellent low-key experience to feel settled prior to cruise departure. The accommodations at the guest house were comfortable and felt safe and secure. I would stay again. We appreciated Stefano’s hospitality ! Tip: ask to book transportation to the cruise terminal. It’s close by, but with luggage and getting dropped off right in front of the terminal (vs taking the cruiseport shuttle ) it is definitely worth the cost!"

"Ok this place is a Gem and a must stay. Our host Georgiana is amazing along with her staff We got in early and she adjusted for us by letting us stay inside this cozy kitchen/Terrace area and crash while our room was being cleaned and she made my fiance and I both delicious lunch meals. Kindness speaks volume in todays chaos of a world and she showed volume Very knowledgeable of the area and her country which helped us tremendously for places to go and places to dine. She and her staff went above and beyond the normal so when we visit again there will be no other place we would stay then at this place. The view of the water and complete view of the surrounding area amazing The rooms air conditioner worked like a freezer and was amazing, bathroom cleaned and efficient along with security to the building.
