The hotel picked us up from the airport - on time and we had a comfortable ride to the hotel. The room was made available to us early, and it was clean and quiet. They also hooked us up with a transfer to the cruise port in advance of our upcoming cruise. And, we had an excellent meal at the hotel - and two free breakfasts. I woiuld use the hotel again. Service was excellent! They picked us up from FCO (for a fee) at 1am, then gave us a late check out so we could sleep in. A short drive to the port (again, for a fee) to the port for our cruise and we were good to go.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The staff was friendly, check in was easy as we love the restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the port was a huge relief. If we return to Civitavecchi we will be sure to stay again.

The property is a bit dated, but good for a stay over for boarding a cruise . The best feature is the cruise shuttle at a very reasonable price of 5€. If they can offer a shuttle service from the train station to the hotel that will even be better, the taxi drivers at Civitivecchia station are thugs, they will change the agreed price upon arrival ! Very bad experience to begin the journey!
