「We stayed at this property the night prior to our cruise embarkation. Anna met us upon arrival and showed us everything. She gave us some recommendations for dinner and things to do around town. The next morning she arranged to provide a transfer to the cruise terminal dropping us off right next to the ship. Can’t recommend this place enough. Clean and comfortable and a welcome stay after a long international flight.」

However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. 「Bianca was lovely! The property was an ideal location which was located across from the train station and next to the ocean with a promenade in between. It was a short walk to the main downtown core but if you went the other direction there were a handful of restaurants right along the water. Although the building is historic, Bianca had completed a beautiful remodel for all of the units with up to date amenities. 「Our room was lovely and an easy walk from the cruise port. Location was excellent! And the host was very kind. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been an earlier check-in time. 4pm was a long wait after our cruise arrived.」

「The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We needed to contact them via messaging to arrange to be let in to the building. We were the only guests the first night which was a bit disconcerting but there was good security. The room was comfortable although finding outlets to charge our devices after a long flight was a challenge. The second night the street below was extremely noisy until 4 am. It was a Saturday and obviously party night. Otherwise it was a good place to stay before a cruise.」
