「Great location and staff! We arrived off a red eye from the US and the we were allowed into our room early. The staff was so accommodating!! The room was updated and clean and the AV worked great! The location is perfect, and it’s easy to walk around and down to waterfront. They provided a taxi service to cruise port for a reasonable fee! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but would definitely stay again!」

「Upon entering, the garbage can sitting in the entry smelled foul. There was no elevator, so that meant hauling four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The common area and room were very clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was especially nice. However, in the night, there was a strange methane-like smell in the bathroom. The bedspread had an obvious stain on it. The location was super convenient to the port and its shuttle bus system. 「I do not recommend! There is no way to access the property until 3pm, no place to stow luggage if you are getting off a cruise ship in the morning. No staff at all ever at the property, just an email with access instructions that is sent just before 3pm.」
