「This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. The room was cozy, clean and had amazing views! We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Civitavecchia!」

「The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. 「Arrived very early for our check-in. Signage to locate was a bit confusing. Michael showed up and was extremely hospitable to get us into room early. Staff was very friendly and location is absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.」
