National Museum of Cerveteri

This property was close to many shops, food, and the Trevi Foundation. The room was super clean and the air conditioning was a bonus after a day of walking in the July Rome heat. The front desk was accommodating on any requests. It was even close to public transportation if you chose that direction. They do clean your room daily, which surprised me and I kindly asked them not to until we left, which they obliged. The cleaning product they use I loved the way it smelled and am now looking for that product to clean my home with, lol. Great room for what we needed. Be aware, the elevator only holds two people and it is up 3 flights of stairs. Overall, I am so happy we chose this property for our first time in Rome!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything and everything we needed. From airport transport, to the EU to US outlet converter I forgot, and everything in between. They were available and immediately responsive on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and truly made our stay in Rome feel like home. Aside from the amazing staff, our room was wonderful and very well appointed, and the location can’t be beat. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

Hotel location was great for the Spanish Steps, staff were polite and the room was clean but small. The Ludovisi parking across the road was convenient and easy to find parking. The cost of parking there was about 25 euros/day which isn't bad. What let the hotel down was mainly the breakfast - it was terrible - not much variety and the quality was poor for a 4 star hotel - most of the time there was very little left by the time we got there. Not sure there were any amenities to speak of. The hotel seems to be a popular overnight/lay off location for airline staff rather than a place to welcome tourists. If you get a good price and just want a bed to sleep in then its perfectly fine for that.
