「Excellent throughout」

「The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the view from our room was nice.」

「Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us」

「Very nice property. Staff excellent」

「Dinner was excellent. Only problem was lack of WiFi in guest rooms.」

「Beautiful fairy tale place 😍」

「It’s a very small cozy place, great for couple of nights’ stay. I will love to stay here again. Two Cons: No elevator, so had to carry my luggage up two floors, not ideal for anybody. Also the standing shower stall is WAY TOO SMALL, even smaller than the ones in a cruise ship state room. Bathroom had no amenities except hand soap. If you can put up with these inconveniences, it’s in a great location, can walk from train station, small nice place in a small beautiful town.」

「Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Only negative, was the bed. Too soft and too small also safe did not work although staff tried to get it working. Valentina was very helpful and pleasant for everything.」

「The room is basic. Imagine 1970s building with some update. The room does have usb plugs on one side of the bed, very useful for American travelers. bathroom is basic and is that a bidet? It sprays 3 in front and one in back. Yikes! The room is not as sound proof, but ok. Sometimes you get an annoying person who sings in the hallways or watches TV until 2AM. The building is next to a courtyard park, where sometimes you get young adults yakking until midnight. There is a mini mart, but beware,...

「For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent. The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

「Find easy and good environment」

「Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...
