「Lovely place, clean, quiet and pretty. But we did not receive timely communication aobut that extra fee at the end of our stay. Since we were there for less than 24 hours, and had to head to the aiport at 3 am, we did not see her whatsapp message telling us that extra money was needed. Why isn't this disclosed in the payment details BEFORE our arrival?? I already contacted VRBO about the ineffectiveness of this system and all they said is we will alert the owner..... We literally got texted that...

「My family and I stayed at this great apartment in Rome for our summer vacation in July 2025. We are two teens and two adults and were very comfortable in the spacious and well equipped unit. The apartment is conveniently located near metro and the neighbourhood is very walkable and with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to serve all of our needs. Maryna was very helpful during our stay and check in was simple and very accommodating of our late arrival. Would highly recommend!」

When attempting to add a second night, after the host request; we foolishly agreed to go off the VRBO platform. After wiring money, they ghosted us for three weeks. We finally got a message on the extra night while on an overnight flight to Italy. Too late, I could not take a chance of arriving with my family and no accommodations. Host literally messaged us finally 7 hours or so before...

「Good location, easy check in, good communication with the host but property itself is quite underwhelming. Old, dark inside, kitchen utensils are too old, overused and need replacing and repair. 」
