「Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. Location très bien située à 20min des plages et 20min de Cornelia Station de métro pour accéder au centre de Rome.Environnement très agréable et naturel, avec accès à la ferme et aux animaux, parfait pour nos enfants de 6, 9 et 12 ans, qui étaient parfaitement accompagnés par la mamie de la famille hôte.Très beau séjour !!!」

「This one bedroom flat was fantastic. The terrace was huge with a great view of the ocean and piazza. Centrally located on a pedestrian only street with lots of shops and restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again.」

「The apartment is beautifully decorated with antiques and vintage furnishings. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could relax with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was away from the city center which we appreciated and found an outstanding local restaurant that we returned to twice. There is now an elevator which is great for being on the 4th floor. Unfortunately the tram was not operating while we were there due to construction on the rails but we fared ok with taxis....

「Excellent location. Farmers Market right across the street daily during the week, not sure on weekends. Could get a little noisy at times but shutting the windows made it quiet. About 1 mile walk to Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Colosseum 30-40 minute walk . Many excellent restaurants close by along with gift shops and convenience stores. Hosts communication is great and they were very responsive and flexible. Beds were very comfortable and fresh flowers were a nice touch to each room. ...
