The room was spacious and clean. Need to be able to handle stairs up to the room and up to the bedroom (spiral staricase) with bathroom on the main floor. Had to wash our own dishes with another guest, which questions the sanitary condition of the silverware. A dishwasher would be helpful.

This property was conveniently located to the old city and very walkable. The dtairway into the building is a luttle dark and dingy but the unit itself is clean and well naintained and checkin was great. One should be aware that there is a beer house in the same building and live music could be heard until midnight bith nights. Therevis so a neighbour that is proud to display his guitar playing and vocals at night. Lots of restaurants to choose from and shirt walk to the boardwalk.

We had a great time, the owner allow us to check in earlier, help us with our luggage, he was so nice and helpful, he greet us with a full fridge of snacks, pastries, he has everything you need to feel welcome and comfortable, we will definitely come back for more days, super clean and comfortable.

Exceptional stay. The hosts are so nice and the location is so central to wonderful restaurants, stores and even the farmers market. An easy walk to the water to relax by the ocean. A perfect experience! Highly recommend.

Great stay before your cruise

Make sure you confirm arrival time with owner as this is a small property with maybe 3 rooms and therefore there is no front desk. Very clean with a nice shared kitchen area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as the cruise terminal. We walked to the bus to go to the cruise terminal.

Nice house with a very sincere host. The kitchen is like a free mini bar. Less than ten minutes walk to the cruise shuttle bus station. Market just a few minutes away. Nice restaurants are also in close vicinity. Great!

The property owners we're very responsive to all our questions. The restaurants within 500ft / 150m we're wonderful. We didn't realize that this was a unit where the kitchen area was a shared space. We adapted and had a good experience.

Cool place, nice people and god service!!

Really cool atmosphere. Owner was really kindly and nice guy. AC was quiet (it's problem meny times) big room, lot of breakfast bread, candy, coffe etc. I will come back !!!

Erwin was incredibly kind, helpful and such a gracious host. We stayed twice during our visit, once when arriving before our cruise, and upon our return for a night before heading to the airport. He allowed us to drop off our bags when departing from the cruise early so we didn't have to lug them around town, provided all sorts of amazing breakfast/snacks and other goodies (like a bed a breakfast), and suggestions where to eat around town. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well kept. We loved how close it was to multiple areas for dining in very local, non-tourist areas. We wished we had more time to stay and would definitely return.
