「ヒースロー空港からエリザベスラインで一本で行け、駅からも近いのでとても便利です クラシカルな内装で昔のヨーロッパに迷い込んだような気分です うわさの黒猫ちゃんもいました 猫足の浴槽は初めて利用しました 古いホテルなので水回りなどやや不便を感じましたが クラシカルな雰囲気と利便性の両方を求めるのは難しいのでこれも良しと思います ホテルには関係ないが気になったのは朝晩の治安が若干良くなかったです ホームレスがゴミをあさっていたり、若者が大きな声で騒いだりしていました 」

「Marina was amazing! She kept us informed about things going on in the area. She anwered questions I had. She always greeted us. If it wasn't for her we may have had a more difficult time getting to the airport OR missing our flight. I do wish I booked a little bit larger room. The gym is functional but creepy and old.」

「Was a base for a birthday weekend away for my partners first trip to London. Loads of extra touches that the hotel put on for no extra charge and were a surprise to me booking and my partner arriving. Location is great for any direction and will definitely be coming back. 」

「ホテル全体が清潔で快適、朝食の内容も割と充実していて、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。ただしバスタブの栓がうまく閉まらなかったことと、レセプションはスタッフによって対応の丁寧さに差があったことが少し残念です。チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえて助かりましたが、キャパシティの問題なのか、断られている人も見ました。」

「The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They accommodated my early check in without extra payment. and helped with my bags taking them up the stairs (no lift). Thank you for arrival instructions prior to arrival, this made a huge difference being prepared in advance. The room is small but perfect for an overnight stay. I meant to tell the staff the shower tray didn’t drain quickly, causing an overflow. I haven’t downgraded the rations these things happen,...
