「Room was very nice and comfortable, staff was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed the stay. The only small problem was the bathroom. The large SQUARE sink was awkward to use. We had to call for help to turn on the shower. It took maintenance (who came right away) a little strength to get the handle to turn.....once on, it worked fine. Might have been a problem with only that room. Meals were excellent and affordable. Casino was well organized. I would not hesitate to stay there again.」

「The new Valet parking system was not updated on their hotel amenity list. We had to give them our phone number or email address. We are not American residents so we couldn’t fully understand the system. It should be explained how it works on the amenity list. Other than that, we had a great time staying in.」

「Beautiful hotel. Issues with our reservation, they weren’t able to pull up our info with the reservation number. Wasn’t the best start after a long flight. Other than that, no complaints」
