"We were just in transit and the M25 were closed just before the hotel. We spend over an extra hour to get there. Of course the hotel has no control of the road work. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth at 1 am. The room was comfortable and good value for money. "

"This was our sixth visit to Oatlands Park and it didn't disappoint. We were upgraded to a Feature room, which was fabulous. The staff here are always lovely, from Reception, to the Bar, to the Restaurant, to Housekeeping - can't be faulted. On this visit we felt like we were the guests from hell, as we had to go to Reception four times to ask for assistance with various things but on every occasion the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. A special shout out to Tamara who served us at Breakfast and was an absolute delight! We wouldn't hesitate to go back."

"Nice room comfy bed. Ask and we’re given a nice quiet room. Parking was extra (didn’t appreciate had to pay £10 extra for this until the week before) EV charging locally. Nice breakfast"

"Booked Chessington Resort Hotel as we wanted an overnight stay with grandchildren. We found the staff helpful and friendly, the room quirky and well laid out (it was tiger themed), the pool area clean, and lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Ideal - thank you!"
