"When checking in they didn't have the room I reserved available. The key they gave didn't work, new key again didn't work. They changed the room again. Reserved room with strip view; had a view of the back of the building instead. Cleanliness was fine. Showers are fine if you're under 5' 10" as the head is stationary and any taller you're crouching down to wash."

"The shower itself and the ceiling had mold spores all over it. The rain shower head constantly leaked droplets of cold water on you while showering using the other shower head. "

"The rooms are a little dated. The power went out and we lost water for several hours with no contact from the staff letting us know what was going on or when we could expect power and water to be restored "
