"We paid a lot of money to stay at this home manly because it is geared towards kids and we are traveling with our kids and grandkids. Upon arrival the pool was dirty and the heat was not working. Main part of going to Florida in February and March is to be able to swim and enjoy the outdoors. The owner said they would have someone out the next day. The pool should have been cleaned and heater verified as working upon arrival! Day 2 still could not swim. Someone came to check the filter and we were told the owner would need to approve the purchase before they could replace it. The power told us to remove the filter to get the pool working. Day 3, still unusable but the pool company came and told us that if they treated the pool we would not be able to use it for another 24 hours so we told them no. As Michigan pool owners we decided to go get some shock andHandle it ourselves. Pool finally started clearing up however it was still filthy. Pool was a disaster from start to finish. Upstairs shower where the kids would need to bathe, rail was broken and sticking out so it was also unusable. Downstairs bathroom off patio had no cold water so again, unusable and the kids could not wash their hands in there as the water was only hot. Owner was very difficult to get a hold of ( they told us they were on a cruise) and unhelpful. Would NOT stay here again. "

"Booked expecting a ChampionsGate location, but after booking was given an address in a completely different area. I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t let me, moved forward anyway. That turned out to be a mistake. The home had a strong odor, visible mold (including in the pool area), and very dirty, unsanitary carpet. It was not as described at all. We had to leave immediately and did not stay. Management was completely unresponsive! I called multiple times and sent photos/messages on WhatsApp that were read but ignored. The only help we received was from Expedia. Thanks to management not responding and declining any kind of help at all, we booked another place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Very disappointing experience overall."

"A house like this that caters to family is inevitably going to expect to see some wear and tear. The management team was exceptionally responsive when needs arose. I do wish they had more chairs at the counter. Several of those were missing. The beds are not the most comfortable and very loud, but did not detract from a great trip.TIP: Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, soap and shampoo/conditioner. There is a limited amount. There also are about 1 bath town per bed allocated along with beach towels. Be prepared to do laundry to have enough there. "

"We had the most wonderful two week stay! The house was incredible for our large, multi generational family. The young children loved the pool and playroom and spent hours enjoying those spaces. The management was incredibly responsive and helpful. Hope we can stay again soon!"

"This house was absolutely perfect for our large group of senior families! The pool was amazing, the Oasis is stunning and the house fit everyone perfectly. The bunk room for the senior girls was perfect! Andrew was quick to respond to the couple questions that I had. We would absolutely stay her again!"

"Oh my gosh, what a great home for our large family of 14. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were large enough for all of us. The theater room was fabulous and the pool slide was enjoyed daily. We loved our time here. "
