"It wasn't okay experience. After parking I ran into a person asked me if I wanted to help him rob somebody so at somewhat worried me that we were going to have issues walking to the Diamondbacks game that night. We didn't have any issues though. I didn't care too much for the Smoky glass that allows people in the bedroom to see that there's somebody in the shower or vice versa. It's not a clear view but you could tell if somebody were in there. The lady at the counter wasn't rude but she wasn't extremely friendly either. It was kind of cool to see all the artwork in the lobby area"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Rise Uptown Hotel! The property is beautiful and has a resort-like feel with a great pool area. The food was also really good especially the fish tacos. They were 10/10, and the mocktail was amazing! I do wish they had a larger menu. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because my first night was difficult due to a lot of noise from the room above me. If you stay here, I definitely recommend requesting a room on the top floor. Thankfully, Derius was absolutely amazing and made my second night so much better. He ended up moving me to another room. He was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating, even helping me when I got locked out of my room. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service! I was here for a business trip and didn’t get to enjoy the resort as much as I would have liked, but I will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful hotel and amenities. Easy to work with staff through the app. Parkade app turned out to be really useful when someone else parked in our reserve spot - it immediately reserved us a temporary one next to it through the following afternoon and once our original opened up, there were no issues. Would certainly pick Sol Modern for a future Phoenix stay where we need a full apartment!"
