"the team is doing a great job supporting guests under recently changed ownership! I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

"This was a great space! … I was afraid after I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I went with this spot! The location was perfect and convenient to everything that was needed! Grocery store, hookah bar, a bunch of bars and restaurants… communication was easy and I was able to extend by 4 hours due to a late flight… check in and out with the keys was a breeze ( surprisingly… again the reviews had me question lol ) … so be like me and just book! It was solid and the pool was cool too! "

"Nice little place. Has everything you need! Full kitchen, washer/dryer, internet! Very clean! Always #1 when i stay somewhere. Bed was very comfy!! Great communication with host!! Available with any questions but check-in and checkout was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if they have me!"
